Our Doulas

Doulas offer different services depending on what women need, but can offer antenatal support, birth attendance and supporting the couple or pregnant woman in labour and postnatal support including birth debriefing, helping with baby and other siblings, breastfeeding support, preparing food and emotional support.

Skills offered: Antenatal, birth and postnatal doula, experienced with twins and with recovery after caesarian, I'm more than happy to provide simple, organic, home-cooked meals and carry out light house-keeping duties (shopping, laundry etc) I also offer a foot massage and a wonderful post-partum iron tonic.
