Pregnancy yoga and birth preparation classes and postnatal groups

Our weekly antenatal classes and pregnancy yoga for pregnant women and postnatal groups for new mothers are a great way to meet others going through the same exciting transition in their lives, and to share experiences of pregnancy, birth and parenting. Enjoy developing the relationship with your baby at our relaxed baby palace groups

Our classes:

  • Are rooted in a solid knowledge and understanding of pregnancy and birth  physiology, the pelvis ,hormones and active birth
  • Offer a non-agenda, non judgemental approach to communication
  • Support the principles of individuality - every woman has her own individual way to birth her baby, and we want to support her on that journey by preparing body and mind, supporting relaxation and well being.
  • Offer support to women and their partners to find tools to identify challenges in themselves and find ways forward, including supporting them to address their fears
  • Engage with families helping them to get what they want by helping them to make an informed choice
  • Acknowledge the needs of the baby through pregnancy and birth.  We understand that pregnancy is a relational journey and we nurture all relationships within the family to provide a strong relationship for parenting
  • Provide a practical no nonsense, humorous approach to service delivery
